• Radak, Malbim, and Metsudos learn that the entire perek is referring to Mashiach.

• “I have chosen Mashiach, and have given him from My spirit.

• Mashiach will judge the nations of the world, utilizing the characteristic of mishpat (perfect judgment.)”

• Yisrael was chosen to be a light unto the nations of the world.

• “Sing a new song to Hashem.” According to Rashi, Radak, and Mahari Kra, the entire human race will sing a new song to Hashem after seeing the greatness of Am Yisrael.

• Hashem will be as strong as a warrior and exact judgment from the nations of the world.

• Hashem will increase access to Torah-learning in the world in order to awaken the spiritually blind and deaf.
