• Yeshaya brings the nations of the world to trial to address their false ideologies and inappropriate behaviors.

• Yeshaya tells the gentile nations to be silent and contemplate Who is truly in charge of world history – Hashem!

• The Navi describes Hashem’s amazing love for Am Yisrael:

• “You, Yisrael, are my servant. You are as dear to me as Avraham, whom I loved.

• “I gathered you in from the ends of the earth. You are my precious servants. I have chosen, and not rejected you!”

• In the times of Mashiach water will flow and trees will grow in the desert.

• Yeshaya speaks to the nations as if they are on trial: “Submit your case. Don’t you know that Hashem is the only true G-d who knows the past, present and future? Idolatry has no substance.”
