Woe to the false leaders of Yisrael.

The leaders are compared to shepherds who lead, and they have the ability to lead the nation in either a good or bad direction.

In the times of the final redemption, Hashem will bring back his scattered flock (Am Yisrael) to their land. Note: These are the times in which we are currently living, and we are witnessing the process of kibbutz galuyos, the ingathering of the exile!

Mashiach will unite Yehudah and the 10 tribes of Yisrael.

Am Yisrael will live in security in Eretz Yisrael.

The Navi turns his attention to the false leaders and false prophets that were rampant.

The false prophets claim to prophesy in Hashem’s name but they are really lying!

The false prophets create their own visions from their imaginations.

Hashem will punish the rabbis and false prophets who claim that the nation is a “burden” to Him.
