Yirimiya Perek 15

Hashem tells Yirmiya that He would not listen to his prayer on behalf of the nation even if Moshe Rabbeinu and Shmuel HaNavi were present with him.

Hashem will bring four types of harsh punishment on Yisrael: the sword, savage dogs, birds and beasts.

The evil King Menashe angered Hashem more than any other king.

Yirmiya begs Hashem to end his suffering.

“Hashem, please remember me, look after me! Don’t let me die because of Your impatience!

“Your words brought happiness and delight to my life.

“Why is my pain endless and my wound incurable, that it refuses to heal? You have been like water of a failing spring that cannot be relied on.”

Hashem answers by stating that if Yisrael returns He will take them back and protect them.
