Hashem will allow the enemies of Yisrael to expose the bones of previous prophets, kings and kohanim as a disgrace to Yisrael.

The bones will be left exposed to the elements of nature.

Suffering will be so bad that people will prefer death over life.

Hashem continues to tell Yirmiya to tell the nation to listen and do teshuvah before it’s too late!

The nation has become corrupt and self-serving.

Yirmiya grieves the impending destruction and loss of brotherhood throughout Am Yisrael.

“I am broken because my people are broken.

“If my eyes were like water I would cry day and night for my people!”
