Yoel Perek 4
This is the final perek of Yoel. You did it!
-
When Hashem returns His nation to Eretz Yisrael He will pay back the nations of the world.
-
The nations of the world will be judged for how they treated Yisrael.
-
The nations will also be judged for looting the Beis Hamikdash.
-
There will be a “judgment day” when retribution will occur to the United Nations.
-
Ultimately, God will “roar” from Tzion and protect His nation.
-
“Then you will know that I am God.
-
“No strangers will enter My holy city.”
-
God will bless His nation.
-
Wine will be produced in Eretz Yisrael.
Note: this is one of the clear signs of redemption, that wine will come from Eretz Yisrael! While the nations of the world lived in Eretz Yisrael they weren’t able to get grapes to grow. Now, thank God, the land has given back its blessing of grapes. Some of the finest wines in the entire world come from Eretz Yisrael.
-
“Yehudah and Yerushalayim will endure forever.”
-
Hashem will forgive the nations of the world for everything except for the spilling of Jewish blood, when He will dwell in Tzion.
